63-Day Review

šŸ“¢ Draft Master Plan Available for Public Review

The Emmett Charter Township Board of Trustees has approved a 63-day public review period for the Draft Master Plan. This plan will help guide growth and development in the Township over the next 10ā€“20 years, including land use, housing, and economic trends.

After nearly two years of work, the draft Master Plan is now ready for community review. The Planning Commission is seeking public comments, and residents will also have an opportunity to speak at a public hearing following the review period (details coming soon).
