Beginning the week of April 8th and continuing throughout the year, the Assessing Department will continue updating photos of all structures in the Township. This is part of the Township’s continuing efforts to keep our records current. Many of our photos are at least 10 years old.
The Assessor’s Office is starting up again in the area of Sections 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 (see attached map at bottom) which largely covers the area between the Columbia/Michigan Avenue Corridor to the north and I-94 to the south and spans east to the Casino area. The assessing staff will have identification and will be staying in public and right-of way areas. No action is required by the property owners.
