The Township Board is comprised of seven elected members: Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer, and four Trustees. The Supervisor serves as chairperson.  Board members serve four-year terms.

The Board is responsible for enacting ordinances, allocation and approval of budgets, levying millages, and other items authorized by State of Michigan statutes.  The Supervisor, Clerk, and Treasurer have day-to-day responsibilities in addition to their role on the Board.
